The environmental test chamber from Sonacme Technology will help you assess the effects of temperature and humidity on your products’ characteristics, functions, and lifespan under accelerated conditions.
Wide temperature range
SONACME Technology offers two models of ultra-low temperature test chambers, with temperature ranges of -85°C to +180°C and -75°C to +180°C. These chambers are widely used for temperature characteristic testing and low-temperature storage testing.
Structural Features
- The inner chamber is constructed from SUS#304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm. Fully welded for excellent sealing.
- The exterior is made of cold-rolled plate, brushed, polished, and painted for scratch resistance.
- Insulation material: polyurethane foam, 100 mm thick.
- Double silicon rubber door seal for enhanced sealing.
- Observation window: four layers of tempered glass, customizable size.
- Heating wires inside observation window prevent frosting during low-temperature operation.
Refrigeration System
- Compressors: Tecumseh (France), Bitzer, GEA BOCK (Germany).
- Shock absorption & noise reduction to protect compressors.
- Pipe-bending technology minimizes connectors for efficient refrigerant flow.
- Durable solenoid valves: DANFOSS (Denmark), SAGINOMIYA (Japan).
- MP10 module: motor over-temperature protection, exhaust temp protection, power indicator, alarm function.
Electrical System
- Neat and professional circuit layout; UK-standard wiring and labeled lines for troubleshooting.
